  I’d give them more stars if I could. I woke up to issues with my heater this morning and got in contact with Red Bear. I spoke to Leanna (hope I spelled that right) and she was absolutely amazing and professional. So pleasant to speak with, took the time to ask about the issues I was having and was very helpful in sending Geovanny out same day. He was so friendly and professional and took the time to give a full breakdown of what was causing the issues and how to resolve them. He got us back up and running and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. I will definitely be calling them again in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10 service, fair pricing, and a true honest company. Thanks for all the help!

  Our technician Geo called ahead, arrived as scheduled, and did a thorough and conscientious assessment and cleaning of our gas furnace! We plan to schedule our regular maintenance with Red Bear.

  Chris is extraordinarily competent, honest, promise keeper. He and his team replaced our 30+ years old heating boiler, hot water tank in attic and installed water leak detection system wonderfully done in 3 days.

  Chris and his team corrected a HVAC ducting situation that was no longer tenable for us. Thermostats were located in locations in the home that they didn’t even service (thermostat for family room, kitchen and dining room was on 2nd floor). Chris and his team figured it all out and we are thrilled. Everyone was very nice, the furnace room is now up to code, and they cleaned up everything! We couldn’t have asked for more.

  I called Red Bear when it became obvious I may need a new water heater. Leanna scheduled a tech for an estimate in a most expedient manner working with my scheduling needs. Chris arrived the next day and gave me two estimates, one for a complete new system, and another replacing needed parts. It was a choice for me to replace all on a 10year old heater or just the necessities. I decided to go everything new not wanting to have to deal with an old tank not functioning sooner than later. Chris explained the great 0% financing options available so I applied for that and knew immediately I could make small monthly payments for 18 months interest free! Ryan was then scheduled for the un-install of the worn and broken and install of the new system. He showed up with a smile and handshake right on schedule. He explained the process and got to work right away. He was so informative and speedy in his work. Thorough too, explaining the process whenever I went out to garage to check on him. I was amazed at the job he did, and the cleanliness he left the garage! It looks and functions great! Leanna then followed up with me on a couple questions I had. Red Bears team is great, you know they are great when you never have to talk to a supervisor or the owners! I wanted to only because I have heard what nice people the owners are! I won’t hesitate to use Red Bear again, Chris had also estimated an AC install and hopefully that will be possible on my end someday soon! Thanks Team Red Bear! :)
