  I had to call Mike out to a property we manage b/c the water was smelling foul. He was there that same day I made the call, tested the water & as soon as the test results came in, he called us immediately. Well issues are never fun and can be very costly, but i found capital well drilling to be honest, responsive and just overall on the ball. *****

  Owner Mike Hack’s original start date was July 2022 but didn’t show up until February 2023. A string of lies & excuses for seven months was then topped off with more lies regarding material that was not used and equipment that was never on site when he sent the invoice. The extra $1975.00 he tried to charge us, I guess for his attempted deception & delay of our project, was not paid. Find a well driller with integrity, you’ll be happier.

  Capital City Well Drilling came to our rescue during a heatwave while we had a ton of family visiting from out of town. We woke up to no water and when we started calling places no one was answering their phones. Mike was the first to get back to us and came out the next morning. They checked out the system and immediately knew what the problem was. Got the part and fixed it the next day. I was pretty worried about the whole ordeal (heatwave/lots of children/family in town/new plants) and it's not surprising that the well needed help because it's old but just terrible timing. I was worried about costs and crammed as much research as I could before they came out so I would know what was going on. They identified the problem and fixed it right away. With my research their prices were right on and they only replaced things that were obviously part of the problem. They did help us make a game plan for updating the system overall but it's something we can now prepare for. As a side note: it's pretty cool how some of the local companies support each other. We did have another company get back to us after we made plans with Capital City. The other company asked who we were going with (understanding that we weren't just going to bail on these guys) and when answered they said something along the lines of "Oh yeah! He's a good guy. He'll take care of you." Thank you Capital City Well Drilling. You have some new loyal customers.
