- JGJohn GhosnJul 4, 20251.0We purchased an 80 foot Genie Lift from this location. I was pressured to buy as it was a "great deal" and people were lined up for it. Paid $99,000 and its been down for most of the 2.5 years I've owned it. I've spent $1000's in repairs for about 100 hours of usage. Now the dealer won't return my calls or service it because they don't like my attitude for being so upset about this piece of junk. The attitude and arrogance of the staff is an experience I've never seen before. Do not buy used equipment from United. I've contacted head office and the referred me to their lawyer in the US. And now he won't call back. I'd like to give a shout out to Joey for being such an .....
