- PCPhilip CampbellJun 9, 20255.0I have been dealing off and on with United Rentals in Port Hawkesbury for almost 20 years. I have purchased a Stihl chain saw, Stihl FS131, purchased parts, and had a repair done once. Today, I went in search of a replacement trimmer head for my Stihl FS40 trimmer. Chris MacKay was so very helpful, taking the time to explain the "new design" of Stihl trimmer heads, and how to replace the cutting nylon twine. He also warned me about whacking it on the ground too much because the auto feed mechanism would wear prematurely. Every one of my experiences over the years with United Rentals, Port Hawkesbury, has been very, very positive. Now I will go nowhere else for Stihl products, parts, repairs and accessories. No high pressure sales tactics, reasonable prices, and outstanding service. They know their products, inside and out, and are willing to go the extra mile. I should have written this review years ago, but it is never too late to recognize quality service.
