  Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are awesome at customer service. Not only were they willing to store our purchases until we were ready to have them installed ( Carpet and flooring), when we purchased a stove in September. and had an issue with the unit, they reached out to their supplier and had the unit replaced for us at no cost. This was a very welcome step that they took for us as we were uncomfortable with simply having the unit repaired. Hats off to all the gentlemen at Chafes
