Do you offer no contact service?
Yes, you may bring your junk to the curb, in a garage, your backyard, carport, etc and we will come by, load it up, wave and haul it away. You can even pay over the phone for a true no contact service

What is curbside pick up?
Leave your junk outside, on the curb, in a side yard, backyard, carport, and our professional crews will come by, pick up and haul away without ever making contact. You can even make payment over the phone.
What types of items do you take?
We can handle most ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, except hazardous waste. Everything from furniture and appliances to yard waste and construction debris. We unfortunately cannot take hazardous waste, for example, paints, solvents, automotive waste, and propane tanks.
Am I able to drop off items?
At this time we do not accept drop offs

You only pay for the space you use. Our trucks are 20% bigger meaning better value for you.

What is full service junk hauling?
Junk removal is an on-demand service to have just about any kind of trash removed from your home or business. We haul large items like furniture and appliances, do full house cleanouts, offer light demolition in many markets, and pick up all kinds of trash and construction debris from real estate cleanouts. Pretty much everything and anything (except hazardous waste) can be handled by Junk Works.
How big are your trucks?
Our trucks are 20% larger than our competition. Bigger trucks mean better pricing.
Are estimates free?
We offer free estimates as a part of our service. Our Big Red trucks show up on time at your location and provide you with a free written estimate. If you’re happy with the estimate, in most cases we will haul our items right then and there. At Junk Works we want your business, so no job is too big or too small.
What happens to the items you pick up?
Depending on the item(s) we pick up determines what certified facility we use to dispose of.
Do you donate or recycle?
We donate to open charities and recycle all sorts of items such as textiles, all metals, plastic, and cardboard.

How many crew members come to the job site?

We do light demolition such as small sheds or fences but do not demolition anything that is connected to your building structure.
How does your service work?
Once we schedule a free no-obligation estimate we will send a team of 2 employees to your site to assess the situation. At that time we look at the items we will provide you with a price based on volume. Once you agree to the price we will start removing the items until completed. After the items have been loaded into our branded junk king truck, we will sweep up the area and process the invoice via a mobile device.
