When we finally connected with someone he gave the excuse that because he was from out of province our insurance wouldn’t cover him. We called our insurance company who said it doesn’t matter if he is from out of province they would pay him. I reached out to follow up, no response in two and a half hours so i left another message at six o’clock pm. Still no response as of six-thirteen. I hope Servicemaster likes detractors. Never will I recommend them.
