- ALArleen Lujan2 days ago3.0I was expecting to spend the advertised price of $29.95 with intentions of asking for a quote for the bottom rubber seal. I normally get additional quotes for similar projects for comparison purposes. Unfortunately, I hastily gave consent without viewing an invoice or understanding what the final total would be. I asked Ray for an invoice, he replied he would email me one. I had not received one, therefore, I called him two days later to remind him. Upon review, I was flabbergasted at the amount. I paid approximately $300 more than I intended to. The trip charge of $59.99 was never mentioned as well as the total amount that would be charged to my credit card. I really feel I was duped. As you can see by the pictures, water still seeped through even though the cost of a rubber seal and a few repairs totaled $390.46 .
