  Building a whole-house addition to my log cabin with Chuck and Ron was a delightful experience...such a surprise, as people talk about what a nightmare construction is. Not so. These guys are the best!

  We have used Chuck Apple and Apple Construction on several occassions. Always found them to be very honest and fair. If anything ever went wrong (and doing construction it will from time to time) they always addressed it quickly and without recourse. That's what we look for in a contractor. Job well done.   My wife and I moved to Santa Fe 30 years ago, and we hired Apple Construction to build our new home. We were warned by friends that building a new home would be a nerve-wracking, terrible experience. It was the opposite. Attention to detail, flawless construction, and instant responsiveness are the hallmarks of the Apple Construction team. Long-lasting friendships resulted from our experience with them. This firm is superb in every way.

  As a first time home owner I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience in building my dream home. To be completely honest the entire process was so enjoyable that when it was over I wished I could begin again. Chuck Apple was always available to answer any question or concern I had. He continues to stand by his work - and will be on call for any maintenance that the house will require going forward. Considering the impeccable quality - I expect the house will have minimal maintaining to do. It was such a pleasure to work with Chuck since he always had my best interests at heart. If I ever do get to build again, Apple Construction will absolutely be the one who I call.

  Our project was small in scope compared to many that Apple Construction takes on, but everything was done flawlessly and completed on schedule. Communication with principal Chuck Apple was excellent before, during and after construction. Chuck works very hard to anticipate and solve problems before beginning construction. The finished product exceeded our expectations, plus we continue to call on Chuck’s excellent subs (plumber, electrician, HVAC, cabinet maker) for everyday needs. We highly recommend Apple Construction.
