  Arthur and Peyton with Bonito River Services were fast and efficient. Very helpful with their explanations and cleaned up after themselves. Really appreciated the job they did. It was an emergency and they really came through for us.

  My mom and I arrived at my parents Alto home late afternoon on Easter Day. When we arrived the A/C - Heater thermostat was out, and it was cold in our home. We were staring at a blank black screen with no buttons lit up….This was the first time we were back at our home after losing my dad, and also my younger brother 8 months prior. We’re not technicians by any means, the men in our family took care of that. We thought a rescue for the evening was impossible, especially since it was already 4:45pm, but we called Bonita River Services anyways. To our shock, Billie, the office manager, answered! She was the kindest, most compassionate lady you could ever imagine. She immediately called Jose, one of their technicians, and told us not to worry, we’ll take care of you. Jose arrived immediately. He was one of the most professional, gracious and helpful man I’ve seen in a long time. Without my dad, he was very willing to help us with other gadgets around the house. This type of service is unheard of in today’s world. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new A/C - Heater unit or any of the other many services they provide. This is an absolute outstanding company that understands what service and hospitality is all about. Thank you for your swift, kind and caring service in our desperate time of need. We will never forget it!

  Bonito River provided services soon after initial call. They communicated very well and arrived on time. Much appreciated! Peyton, Matthieu, Arthur and McKenna along with all office staff were wonderful!

  We discovered a leak in a wall early today. Bonito River Services sent Arthur and Payton out a short time later. They were knowledgeable and very efficient in repairing the leak along with cleaning the area after the repairs were completed. They were very accommodating to our needs and answered all our questions. Thank you Bonito River and Arthur and Payton!

  Re: consult and installation of new furnace. We’ve had an outstanding experience with Bonito River Services from our initial call to Billie to schedule a consult, to Esteban coming to review a new furnance, discuss our square footage, options of furnaces to process for installation to scheduling the installation. Our appointment date and time were set. Duane and Jordan came as as scheduled, Duane reviewed the process for removing our old furnace and installing the new one. They were both efficient and professional. They did an outstanding job, tested the furnace and our air conditioner, reviewed everything again at the completion of the job. OUTSTANDING!
