  Super rude! Driver went around me at a red light in traffic in a dangerous move while I had my kids in the car. I followed him along and he unleashed a foul mouthed tirade on me in a threatening and abusive way. When I called their office to let them know they had an out-of-control driver and should not fire him but reign him in, the person I spoke to blamed me. Get your firewood from better people! Support our community members who support community!

  For 15 years, my family has been getting our own forest service firewood permits and blocking/splitting our own. We decided to try something new. After hearing about this place, we were so excited as it's conveniently located close to home and they always have dry, ready to burn firewood. Over the 4 years we've been going to this company, my only concern with them is when we are finished loading and ready to pay. They give me a different truck dimension measurement each time. I've had the same truck and rails for those four years. I disregard it as it's a convenient place to get our firewood. The main issue, was this year. As we were hand picking each piece of pinon, we noticed there were 2-3" diameter branches/limbs in the pile. We laid those aside and continued stacking the larger pieces. After we finished loading, in front of my wife and son, Mr. Lopez stated, "before you go, I want to tell you something. You f**ked me over!" I said excuse me? Mr. Lopez said you need to take all of the tree. Have you ever seen a tree without any branches? I said I apologize, I will reload my truck with the 2-3" branches. He said no, you're already loaded. I mentioned to him that in my four years coming here, I've never been told that I need to include the smaller branches. He and his workers also walked by us at least six times in passing and could have informed us to take all of the pile. I've never purposefully tried to go out and do someone wrong. What Mr. Lopez said to me and my family that day was uncalled for. My family, friends, neighbors and coworkers will not be back for future business.
