  Donna was TRULY AMAZING! We were looking for a house as soon as possible! We came into the office pretty late she stayed around and made sure the application was processed. You could tell she loved her job and she loves building a place for people to find them a home! This is by far the best experience as a first home buyer in less then 30 days I was moved in to a home! The process that the people she communicated with made this happen which was truly amazing If you want to have a great experience and take advantage of the most sweetest people that are here for you I would meet with Donna! She makes it happen!! Not alone the builders and the people who have build this place, It was a pleasure to have them apart of my first time home buying!

  I worked with Danna Quinn for the purchase of my home in Seasons at Monarch. Such a great experience working with Danna. She was super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. She answered every call or text requesting additional information even on her days off. She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone buying a home—couldn’t have asked for better support.

  We recently relocated from North Carolina to Rio Rancho, NM. We found our new home by visiting the model home center for Richmond American Homes. We expected the conversation to be short based upon the floor plan needs, but was pleasantly surprised when the sales representative Danna Quinn showed us exactly what we were looking for. She showed us two different houses already under construction, one of which we ended up purchasing. Where Danna really shined was during the actual construction process. We had to return to North Carolina for a month during the construction phase, and she ensured we had excellent communication from both the construction supervisor Mario Alderete on the construction progress and Danna on the contractual side. We were not worried that month we were away simply because the communication (and lots of pictures!) was plentiful and helpful. We are very pleased with the house and the neighborhood. I cannot sing Danna's praises in helping our purchasing process. It made relocation much, much smoother. We have built four new homes now, and this was the smoothest process we've ever had.

  We recently moved from out of state to NM. During our home search, we found the new build homes at Richmond Amercan's Seasons at Monarch neighborhood of the Mariposa community. We had some very specific needs and went to the Sales office. We expected it to be a very short conversation, assuming what we needed would not be available. We met and spoke with Danna Quinn, who quickly gave us the answers we were looking for. Yes, she had exactly what we needed under construction at that very moment. Danna took us to see two of the floor plan that fit our needs, on two different lots. She pointed out the pros and cons of both lots and helped. guide us in the decision-making process. Fast forward a bit - we closed on our new home this past September. We are happy with Richmond American Homes, Mariposa, Seasons at Monarch and most of all, Danna Quinn for helping make our forever home a reality. I highly recommend Richmond American Homes. If you're looking for a home in the Seasons at Monarch neighborhood, be sure to ask for Danna. You won't regret it!
