- BWb windJun 4, 20251.0Bad Purchasing Experience - Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the purchasing process with Richmond American and literally no communication from the builder unless I initiated it. The VP Of Operations needed to do the walk through because they terminated the construction manager, the construction manager never responded unless I was onsite and had tracked him down, the salesperson was transferred and had no stake in the sales process. I asked on multiple occasions for a group chat or even a phone call and the only person to call or answer was the previous sales guy and all he could do was "make phone calls" and say NO. I sure am glad I pulled out of that contract.......I have purchased 4 new construction homes and this was the worst experience.
