Marcos Saucedo from Window World was our salesman and he was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We had 11 windows to replace, and it took approximately 3 months to get everything set up. The installation was done in one day!! The installation crew (3 guys) were professional and helpful in answering any questions as the windows were installed. We are very pleased and look forward to having windows that look great and provide protection in all seasons. 🤠👍🏻

With the size of the order two days were scheduled. The team stayed all day Monday for over 10 hours to complete the job in one day. David the door installer had his job cut out for him because my log cabin home is a "kit home" and not everything was square and level. Kudos to Marco, the sales rep who took my order, answered countless questions and helped turn in documentation for energy credits for the windows and doors. I am so pleased with my purchase and this business. Pictures below are the new sliding glass door and windows in the master bedroom.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
