It was extremely hot and there was no hesitation to get out to the house and diagnose the issue and provide a very reasonable quote. I contacted a well known local company first and waited over 2 hours for a response for my request for service. In between that time, I looked up other companies and contacted Air Mechanical LLC. I first called Paul at 8:23pm and when he didn’t answer I sent a text per his voicemail instructions. At 8:54 pm Paul called me back apologizing for not answering as he was on a flight and asked if I still needed service, which I said yes to and within 30 minutes, Damien showed up to our home! After some time and other issues that occurred, Damien was able to fix and repair the unit all while keeping in touch with Paul. He also made sure everything was working properly before leaving after midnight! We were very happy with the overall experience along with great customer service. Thank you again Paul and team!!! 😀
