- DMDebbie McguinnessFeb 3, 20251.0I needed a Septic Inspection. EC Bassett & one other person (who was professional and friendly, thumbs up to him) the young man dug a "small" hole to locate the septic tank. The older man sat in the truck. Came out to explain it would cost more than $2000 plus his hourly wage. All together he spoke to me for 5 minutes. He proceeded to charge me $100. I didn't receive a receipt. I decided he didn't deserve or work for $100. I will not pay him! He can keep harassing me. He did nothing to earn $100!
- LLLisaJan 9, 20241.0When my spouse and I called about service, we had the exact same experience as another reviewer: Called to get a quote and first thing that happens is a guy answers like it's his personal phone. I ask if they perform the service I want, & he just says yeah and then silence. Needless to say, the guy was as unprofessional as could be. Super weird and unprofessional. We just hung up and ended up having a great experience with a different company.
