  Very professional service and beyond helpful! I originally called to get my AC unit serviced. The office let me know there wasn’t technically scheduled app for this as priority is fixing AC units that already are out. JQ said they would call me when a slot was open for them to come by and service my unit. I was totally good with that. Well my AC unit decided to KO itself serval days later. I called to see if I could make an app for this. The office went above my expectations. I was expecting a couple days or next day at best but an hour went by and they called me back to say they’d have someone over in 15 min. That they did. My AC was fixed just shortly after at a very reasonable price!

  I called in the morning to see about getting my heating pump checked out a technician was sent out the same day! Melissa was extremely helpful in getting me put on the schedule and kept me updated with the arrival of the technician. The technician was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. He was able to get my system running within 30 minutes!
