- MPMs. PradaDec 2, 20241.0Poor communication, felt deceptive, and untrustworthy. First day: Quoted $235 total for service and the 250x3x30 spring. I agreed and was told they would call me back for the next available appointment. No return call, but someone from their crew showed up. I was confused but appreciated the initiative of having the repair done the same day. However, that wasn’t the case. The technician said their dispatcher had mentioned I needed help with lowering the door. (First error) - The door was already down, and I had removed the spring myself. The technician left. Following day: Still no return call, so I called them to follow up. (More problems.) The receptionist told me that, at my request, the technician had shown up to lower the door. (I never requested that.) She then said the technician claimed extra parts and other work were needed, without discussing any of it with me. Feeling deceived and frustrated by the poor communication, I asked for a callback from Steve Browning. A man named Daniel called and stated the following: Spring: $280 Service charge: $150 No discounts for cash or military.
