- CEChris EscobarOct 28, 20201.0Don't rent from these guys!!! Lets start with Zack Garcia from the Artesia, NM branch. I rented a 19' electric lift and let him know it could be on rent anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. At that point he said it wouldn't be any more than $877.00 for 2 weeks If I where to rent it that long. Gave him a credit card to secure the rental. When I asked what they where charging my card for, Zack Garcia specifically told me " We are just verifying the card, and will not charge anything on your card". Boy was that Bull-S!!! Ends up they charged me $1,754.00 then backed out the charge of $877.00 and still charging $877.00. Called them to turn in the lift (3 days of rental) and let them know that my credit card company said it would take 5-7 days to get the refund back from these guys . When I confronted Zack Garcia about the charges and questioned him he had nothing to say other than, " Ya that happens sometimes" When I asked him if he knew that, why would you not inform your customers of these charges before hand? His answer was "Ill have a sale rep get with you ASAP to make this right" Well boys and girls that call never came in........... I have been in the construction business for over 25 years. I stopped using these guys for something similar they pulled on Simplex/Grinnell in El Paso, Texas in 2000 but to a much larger dollar scale..... Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. You know what they say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!! Will be using any other rental company other than these guys.. If I could give no stars I would have but the site will not allow it.
