  I cannot recommend Flat Roofing Experts. Tim and his team convinced me that their silicone roofs were high quality and durable, but the installation was done negligently. The silicone was poured onto the existing tar and gravel roof without correct preparation leading to rapid deterioration and leaks. Within just three years, I started experiencing leaks. Although Tim guaranteed his work, he found a way to void the warranty at the first opportunity. I've had multiple roofers come out, and they all agreed that the installation was poorly done. I strongly advise against doing business with Flat Roofing Expert LLC

  Flat Roofing Experts replaced the old tar and gravel flat roof on my father's townhouse for us. The roofing was old and and the parapets were in really bad shape. Timofey Grinevich oversaw the roof replacement and the team from Flat Roofing Experts did an excellent job. The attention to detail, the repairs, and the actual installation of the silicone roofing system were done in a very professional manner. Tim and his team, including the office staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to address any questions or concerns. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. I am very impressed with the roofing system and should need arise, I won't hesitate to call Flat Roofing Experts for any future needs. Thank you all for a job well done. Chuck Skinner

  Very professional from estimator to work crew. Paid attention to details and kept me updated through a very busy season with uncooperative weather events.

  Tim gave estimates for repairs only, repairs and a partial roof and a full roof replacement. I went with repairs and the partial roof. Great price and product. Everyone was on time and great customer service. When I'm ready to do more I will definitely call Flat Roofing Experts.

  I cannot recommend this company more ......they were honest and the only company that didn't try to over sell me. From the sells person to the workers they were exceptional. Definitely will be using them again if needed!
