Initial contact was great. Sent Jason out right away to go over everything and complete contract and financing. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to come measure, and he did not know what he was doing, and someone else had to come and completely redo all of the measuring which was yet another 10 day delay. The verbal timeframe of 6-8 weeks ended up being 12 weeks from the date we signed the contract. We had a number of phone calls about this and we were disappointed in the lack of communication, meaning we had to continue to follow up because no one kept in touch even though promises were made about trying to get get this expedited. Towards the end, I did talk with Louisa who was very professional and tried to be as helpful as she could. Having said all of this, the crew of four that came to install our windows did a phenomenal job and got it done in one day. I cannot remember all of their names, but it included Brandon and Jesus. So to summarize the initial contact and the final installation were top-notch, but not the in between process. But we do love our new windows.

Loved these guys from start to finish. We had another company, very well known but I won't mention their name, replace half our home a couple years ago. Although they look good and only leak a little, the cost was way higher. They offered us $1000 to cancel our appt with Window World, and now I see why. Should have listened to my gut back then. These guys replaced the rest of our home and I could instantly feel the difference in my home - no drafts and the air/heat hardly comes on now. The installers, James and Anthony, were awesome and took great care of our installation! I'm so glad we went with Window World and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Window World!

Romain and Issac were wonderful for the install. I spent the day with them at my house installing two sliding glass doors. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything.
I am very pleased and happy with everyone at window world. All steps from scheduling a consult appointment to project completion, I would highly recommend window world to anybody needing a window upgrade.

Generally a very positive experience with Window World. The price was competitive and we're very happy with the quality of the windows installed. The installation crew was excellent. They spotted a potential problem even before they started and had a manager come out to verify the right procedure before going forward, which avoided what could have been a costly problem later. The managers and schedulers also have been very responsive. The one negative to our experience was that the patio slider they started to install was not what we wanted. It was an honest miscommunication with the sales team, not the installers, and so far Window World has been quick to fix the issue and get the right door, so despite the delay we're optimistic it will all work out. We would use Window World again in the future.
