Excellent service, everything went very smoothly! From our visit with Lewis, who explained everything with great detail, and was very patient in answering any questions we had, to Manny and his team doing an excellent job on the installation. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the call that the windows were ready for install a week earlier than our original time line. Would definitely recommend!

Window world replacement and installation team for the windows and doors, and stucco team, are respectful, polite, know the work to be done and completed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable in their craft. Shout out to Eric and his co-worker on the windows and doors. Shout out to Brandon and Jesus on the windows. Shout out to the guy who completed the inside wall work on the back door. And a shout out to the stucco and color team. Work is very professional, and the team is very time on task, reliable to completion. Excellent team of workers who are very knowledgeable in the work they do, leave areas of work clean, answer questions homeowners have. Thank you Window World and teams.

I am very unhappy with Window World’ s warranty department. I have been trying for almost a year now to get a warranty replacement window. I have called Sandra several times. She is never available and never returns calls. They continue to drop the ball on ordering it. First time it came in it was cracked. 2 nd time it was scratched was supposedly ordered in November for a 3rd time but cant get them to call me back to confirm.

Alex and his crew came in and finished our windows in one day. They were very professional and courteous, may I add clean. I was worried about the mess. Much to my dismay, they kept it clean and cleaned everything up afterward. They could have left, but they put up the blinds and the curtains and showed us how the windows worked. They even washed off the porches after doing the windows spotlessly. They went above and beyond!
Our salesperson, Christopher Martinez, was awesome, too! We told him what we wanted, and he gave us a quote. He helped us pick and choose what met our needs. We really appreciate the no pressure sales. He was just absolutely helpful. Window World has some of the best people working for them.
Oh, and the windows are great too!

Well this review is one whole year in the making. I went to Window World expecting a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
I hired Window World to replace 8 windows in my home (pretty straight forward job - at least that’s what I initially thought). I chose window world because of the reputation they market as well as their warranty. I should have looked the other direction when I had the chance. What should have been a simple weekend project for the company turned into a headache of a process that took nearly a year. The issues were constant: very rough removal that damaged drywall and paint on nearly every window, poor installation, defective windows, and repeated rework due to installation mishaps, etc. We didn’t replace our windows once — all were replaced THREE separate times and still need rework, but im done wasting anymore time and energy. NOTE: I STILL HAVE WINDOWS THAT DO NOT FULLY LOCK CORRECTLY.
The amount of time I had to take off work to babysit installation crews was astounding. When you sign up to spend $10,000+ on 8 windows, you expect top tier results. I don’t care what financial bracket you are in thousands of dollars on windows is a lot of money to spend for a simple accessory to a home.
It became clear that this company prioritizes volume over quality. Window World is more of a marketing cog than it is a quality window company. To really throw a cherry on top - Instead of leadership in the company reaching out to make things were made right, I as the customer had to call to ensure things were being taken care of. Not once did we get a voluntary, apologetic call from a manager. Let that sink in. If you don’t care, management definitely doesn’t care. I won’t be surprised if they make a very fake and diplomatic response to this review attempting to protect their reputation (just as they have on all their other poor reviews). If they do say they care it’s all apart of the script to ensure they make their money and paint a pretty picture to continue bringing in business. The problems seem to trickle down from the general manager who only called me because I requested a call. When I did speak with him he turned our conversation into a pissing match and made it all about him. Nothing was ever their fault - all interactions were very deflective. At no point did it feel like customer experience or quality assurance mattered more than protecting revenue. I even had an operations manager tell me that the company was not going to lose money on a job even if things go wrong. Big red flag.
Their lack of quality seems to be a common occurrence from the many conversations I had with a crew member who initially started the job. The company seems to be aware this happens often and count on the naivety of the customers.
If you’re replacing one or two windows, you may be fine taking a chance. If you’re replacing all the windows or doors in your home, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Once they have your money, you’re no longer a priority.
No meaning behind their word. Horrible quality control. Proceed with caution. This is my honest experience so take it or leave it - just hoping to saving save heart ache for other families who work hard for their dollars.
