I was dreading having all my windows replaced. The two-man crew was excellent! With twenty-plus years of professional experience between them, they were thorough, took time to do the work and to show me all the window bells and whistles. Yes, I recommend Window World!

The windows I ordered are beautiful. The sales person wasn't completely upfront about the length of time it would take for production of specialty shapes. This caused some frustration. The person I spoke to in the office, I can't remember her name, was very good to deal with. The install team Roman, Isaac, Jose and Emanual were great to work with. They worked very hard to get the windows just right. They did everything as expected. They were respectful of my home and explained everything very well.

Recently we replaced 12 windows and 2 sliding doors through Window World Albuquerque, NM. We chose Window World based on extensive research of other Albuquerque window installers and previous homes window world installations, and the great quality and service we received. Buying an older home, our windows and glass doors were not energy efficient. We replaced 12 windows and 2 sliding glass doors, and Window World provided us with exactly what we needed to make our home more energy efficient.
Our home has custom windows; Matt Carbo, design consultant, provided us with the best window replacements and prices for our window/door replacement project. Matt took the time to meet us in our home to assess our window needs and answer all our questions.
Alongside Matt, we met with Thomas Healey, Installer Lead; Thomas walked through the entire window replacement process, inside and out. Thomas explained the old window removals and each replacement installation phase and timeline. Throughout the entire process, Thomas met us in our home to go over all our questions and concerns. Thomas assisted in providing excellent installation scheduling to meet our busy work schedule.
Both Matt and Thomas provided us with a great Installation Team, Eric; Sigberto; Edgar; Alex; and Edward. This teamwork provided quality craftmanship from inside sheet rocking and finishing to outside stuccoing around each window, providing an exact stucco match matching the existing stucco on the outside of our home.
Window World Albuquerque commercials and advertising hold true, there are no gimmicks or hidden fees, only honest, professional, reliable, and quality in both their experienced staff and workmanship. Window World Albuquerque provides great quality and service, and the best prices to fit anyone’s budget.
We are truly happy with our new windows and doors, and the energy-efficient improvements they have made to our home. As we continue to upgrade our home, we will explore Window World other home improvement services.
THANK YOU WINDOW WORLD!

Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
