Not only did the windows leak air, I also had dirt coming up between the top and bottom sashes. The inside sills and my bay window were literally covered in dirt. They also left the place trashed. Even my kitchen sink. Debris under all the windows outside. The guys were all nice enough, professional and all. But windows are supposed to keep dirt and wind out. One fellow came and saw the aftermath thinking it was one problem but it was not. He said he'd talk to a higher up to see what could be done. Haven't heard back. Shock surprise. Avoid entirely if you're looking for a company that stands behind their product. Would give negative stars if I could.
