To be fair it was dirty but that was never the issue. He then checked if the furnace was operating and it was. Then left. Short visit. The issue was that it was operating the whole time it just wasn't operating correctly. The furnace is giving codes on the issues that he didn’t even read. It took my father coming that same evening to look at it to actually help and start to get the house warm again. Elijah left the house at 66 degrees around 2:30pm and it was still 66 when I got home at 6:30pm. That unacceptable for the price. I basically paid $125 for a filter change with no real solution of the issues we requested to get looked at. The whole point in reaching out into this company was to not burden my busy family and I ended up having to do so anyways. On top of that it took like 2 weeks to even get an appointment scheduled. Calls not answered and no call backs made back to me. Should have just went with a different company that actually cares about what they’re servicing.
