A gentleman named Desmond asked me the details of my previous order and was able to find the same product I had purchased and was able to get the product to me in a timely manner. . I then needed to order some transition boards and again Desmond came to my rescue he took the time (never felt rushed or unimportant) to help me find the same color of my sample and the type of transition needed. Twice I have been told the delivery was scheduled ,today being told it was out or delivery. The store location has closed "temporarily" the phone is not connecting and no one answers. What the hell is wrong with these people. they think its ok to take money for product and not deliver it. That is called fraud.

They did not honor a return on their product and offered very little to make it right. Do NOT do business with them. Absolutely terrible situation. This is the only business that has not honored a full product return.
