After a couple of weeks we noticed discrepancies in the quality of the carpet as if it was the end of the roll. We called Ryan and he was out here the next day to inspect it. He agreed with the inconsistency and was willing to replace it with a better quality at no charge. The new carpet was installed today, January 14,2015, and WOW it looks amazing!
