These workers (I worked with Jose) treat everyone with empathy, humanity and honesty. I rented some equipment and, through my error, wasn't able to use it. They understood, listened and didn't charge me for the rental (I already asked to re-reserve the equipment)! Talk about a blessed Monday. I will never use another rental company.

We had no idea how long the suction hose was until we were on the jobsite and noticed it wasn't long enough. Returned within and hour and was basically told by Jim that it was too bad. We also had no idea what the price was until he had already charged the card for a week rental, didn't even ask how long we'd need it. Poor communication and certainly horrible customer service. We obviously won't be renting from this location again.
