Mark installed $20,000 in work for my 90 year old Mom. His work was poor. The door leaks water in every time it rains. I have called, texted, and emailed This company and Mark for weeks. NO RESPONSE. HE IGNORES ME. He got his money and does not care to do the job correctly. Mark is A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Is this elder abuse? If anyone can help me to get this Mark Alexander person to finish his job for my Mom, please contact me. If you are considering paying this Company for work, be aware of how he is treating a 90 year old woman who paid him in full, trusting that he would have integrity. If he finally gets his work done, so that my Mom's room won't flood, I will report the same. MARK..... THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT. It's Been a week or so now and I still have not gotten no response from anybody from this company about fixing the door that that is still leaking water into the interior of the house. I don't know what to do when a company takes. Your money and then they don't follow through on their work. I guess it's working progress.I'll try and figure out what to do.And then I'll give it update. Finally Mark, responds, but not with the truth. He wants my 91 year old Mom to take a video of his mistake. I live in California and try to assist my Mom when people like Mark take advantage of her. I filed a complaint with the BBB and that is when Mark finally came up with another excuse. He lied in most of his comments. He would do better to JUST FIX YOUR WORK. He has lied to Mom and to me and to the BBB and now in his review answer. Maybe he's just not able to know what the Truth is. He wants Mom to wait for rain before he will finish his job and then only if 91 year old Mom takes a video of water coming into her home. MARK AND ENCHANTMENT WINDOW AND DOORS ARE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ELDERLY WHO THEY HAVE TAKEN $20,000.00 AND WILL NOT FIX THE WORK. IF ANYONE OUT THERE HANDLES elder abuse lawsuits, let me know, and maybe Mark and his wife and Enchantment windows and doors do this to other elderly people. Maybe we can get them to stop the lying and stop being so lazy and actually finished the 20,000 dollar they started. What a waste of my time to have to beg this lousy group to do their job.

I thought I would wait a year after window installation before commenting. I have to say I am very pleased with our new windows after the first year. Good quality window with professional installation, they fully met all my expectation. Also installed a sliding door in place of a window for me at a price far below any other estimates we got. Very pleased with this our windows and door.

My experience with Enchantment Windows was horrific. The worst thing was they removed my large front window and LEFT!
After I received the bid for my windows and I let them know I decided to use them, the owner, Dave Scranton, asked when they could schedule the install because, “We need to get it done!” I let him know that I would call him back when I was ready.
When I called Enchantment windows back Dave came out to measure the windows and I was told someone would contact me for the week I scheduled for the install. No one ever called so, Wednesday 10/16/13, before that week of install, I called and scheduled the install.
10/23/13- The day of the installation came and at 9:00am, I call to insure the install would be happening since no one had shown up yet nor, had I been called. I was told they were on their way. The installers arrived at 9:30am, removed the front window. As they were doing so, I watched them use a crow bar on the inside pine window seal to remove the window, which left dents in the seal (the exterior of the window was brick). Then, they LEFT at 10:30am with NO WINDOW IN PLACE, JUST A HUGH HOLE. They stated they need to go unload a truck and would be back. I stopped at Enchantment Windows at 11:30, since no one was answering the phone, which was locked tight. After I started knocking on the door, the receptionist came from the parking lot and asked if she could help me. I asked her were the installers were and she said they were on the way back to my house. I asked her inform the installers not to take lunch until my window were install was complete. They returned at 11:30pm to finish the install. I also left a message on Dave Scranton’s cell about the issues I was having. They finished the install about 1:30pm. When they finished, I pointed out the dents on the seals due to the use of the crow bars and the installer stated they only used a crow bar outside. I told him that is not what I witnessed and gave him some spackle. I then was filling out the paperwork, which was informative because, it had a list of things that should have happened like, being showing me how to operate the windows. After the installer watched me circle NO, he quickly showed me how to operate the windows and then ripped the tab off of one of the screens. He stated the other screen had a tear and would be back the following week to replace both the following week.
The next week I left a message for Dave to call me which, he never did.
11/7/13- I called and left a message with another name asking for a bid. Within an hour Dave Scranton called me. I explained that it seemed to be the only way I could get him to return my call and that I had yet to get my 2 screens replaced. I asked if he got my voice mail about the install and he said he did. I asked why he never contacted me. I got no real reply. When I came home that day, I had new screens.
11/8/13- I called Dave and let him know that I never received the warranty. I received it in the mail the next day.
I would not recommend this company.

If you are looking to replace your old windows, I absolutely recommend Enchantment Windows and Doors. The windows they sell (MI Energy Core) are manufactured in Prescott, AZ (elevation 5100 feet) and are top of the line materials and construction. I visited six window show rooms in Albuquerque before deciding to go with Enchantment Windows. Enchantment offered the best window and the best value. I had 24 windows to replace, so I can assure you I did my homework and Enchantment Windows was the winning choice for both Quality AND Value!
Installation is so very important! Their installers were also excellent!! They made sure to install my windows with utmost care. My windows required stucco repair and drywall repair due to previous water leaks, etc. The Enchantment installers did the drywall repair for old window leaks and repaired my stucco to match perfectly both color and application.
The windows are beautiful. The glass is clear and clean. There is a huge difference looking out the new windows. The windows open and close effortlessly. I wish I did this years ago!!
