  Mark installed $20,000 in work for my 90 year old Mom. His work was poor. The door leaks water in every time it rains. I have called, texted, and emailed This company and Mark for weeks. NO RESPONSE. HE IGNORES ME. He got his money and does not care to do the job correctly. Mark is A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Is this elder abuse? If anyone can help me to get this Mark Alexander person to finish his job for my Mom, please contact me. If you are considering paying this Company for work, be aware of how he is treating a 90 year old woman who paid him in full, trusting that he would have integrity. If he finally gets his work done, so that my Mom's room won't flood, I will report the same. MARK..... THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT. It's Been a week or so now and I still have not gotten no response from anybody from this company about fixing the door that that is still leaking water into the interior of the house. I don't know what to do when a company takes. Your money and then they don't follow through on their work. I guess it's working progress.I'll try and figure out what to do.And then I'll give it update. Finally Mark, responds, but not with the truth. He wants my 91 year old Mom to take a video of his mistake. I live in California and try to assist my Mom when people like Mark take advantage of her. I filed a complaint with the BBB and that is when Mark finally came up with another excuse. He lied in most of his comments. He would do better to JUST FIX YOUR WORK. He has lied to Mom and to me and to the BBB and now in his review answer. Maybe he's just not able to know what the Truth is. He wants Mom to wait for rain before he will finish his job and then only if 91 year old Mom takes a video of water coming into her home. MARK AND ENCHANTMENT WINDOW AND DOORS ARE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ELDERLY WHO THEY HAVE TAKEN $20,000.00 AND WILL NOT FIX THE WORK. IF ANYONE OUT THERE HANDLES elder abuse lawsuits, let me know, and maybe Mark and his wife and Enchantment windows and doors do this to other elderly people. Maybe we can get them to stop the lying and stop being so lazy and actually finished the 20,000 dollar they started. What a waste of my time to have to beg this lousy group to do their job.

  The owner Mark Alexander came out and quoted me $2,400.00 for a sliding glass door. I thought about it and decided to make the purchase. Mark came back out to take the measurements and collect $1,000 as a down payment. He said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. It took 5 weeks and we made an appointment for the installers to come on the 6th week. The installers arrived and were very nice. Before bringing the door upstairs, they wanted to take a look and measure. That is when they realized that the door was too small. Mark had taken the wrong measurements. I asked if this happens often and he said no because he usually takes the measurements. He told me Mark doesn't answer the phone on the weekends so he will have him call me on Monday. (It was Saturday). Monday comes and no word from Mark. So on Tuesday around noon I called Mark and asked why he didn't call. He said I broke the contract and he sent me a refund check. I wanted the door, but it was the wrong size. He said he didn't have time to talk and would call me back. He never called. Several days later I received the check (See Attached) with a note that said I didn't want the door. I wanted the door, but it didn't fit. Another note said he kept the cost of the permit which was $56.00. If I didn't want the door that would be fine, but I wanted the door only Mark ordered the wrong size and refused to order the correct size. Instead he sent me a check minus the permit fee. This is on you Mark. Be a man and own up to it. You wasted my time and owe me $56.00. Pay up!

  The owner Dave is a great guy and straight shooter.Was even more happy with the installation staff ,They were prompt, organized, and efficient. 2 days 14 windows. Our windows were 30 year old contractor grade.The windows that Dave suggested were cost friendly and more importantly surpassed heat /cold ratings.If we would have knew the difference we would have done it years ago.We had them installed in September right before winter.Incredible difference look forward to see what there like in the summer! Comfort, Look ,feel in the house exceeded our expectations.Thanks Guys,,,
