The fiberglass doors for the outside had to be ordered and the timeframe was accurately conveyed. Communication was good and the job was completed as described. I would definitely recommend Doorman!
- JCJack CashMay 30, 20255.0I don't write a lot of reviews but felt it was important to write one for DoorMan LLC because they just stand out from so many other service providers in a truly positive way! I had them replace a side access door on my home first. It went so well I had them fix a garage door on a rental property I own. Here are my take aways I want to share - bottom line, I could not recommend this company more if you need help with any kind of door! 1. Easy to deal with - communicative - and they do what they say they will do and follow-up when they say they will follow-up! Just a super easy company to do business with, and every one I have dealt with has been super kind and professional! 2. Pricing - I have two thoughts here, 1. Based on the quotes I received from multiple providers they had the best price hands down. Beyond that, in working with them it is clear they are not looking to just make a buck off you however they can. I thought I would have to replace a garage door but in working with them we were basically able to repair the one I had saving me a ton of money. 3. Service. In inspecting my garage door at the rental property it was discovered the spring mechanism had broken and it was causing stress on the opener. Leaving it would have burnt out the opener quickly. Not a problem for me because after discovering the issue they came and fixed it within a couple of days! 4. Quality of work. In a word, perfect! The new side door on my house with the new door frame is such a huge improvement! It is tight as a drum and looks amazing! The installer took the time to help install a smart lock for me too, just another example to support my "easy to work with" comment! :) 5. Final thoughts. If you have door that needs repair or replacement call these guys! They'll do what they say, give you a fair price, and deliver quality craftsmanship! I honestly don't know how you could ask for more!!
