The first time a Daniel's technician came out, he said he couldn't fix it, and had to get approval from the property management company. Then, the second time that we got a technician to come out and take a look, the technician, Charles, said the same thing, and that he had only been sent to make a quote, and started to leave. When we tried to ask him questions and check what the property manager said to him, he very rudely said, "I don't work for you," and left without answering any more questions. Very rude and disappointing, and our fireplace still isn't fixed. When we buy a house of our own, we will not be contacting Daniel's for any services.
