  When I first went to see product the clerk was extremely helpful. Then my order was taken over by Brian Richards. He has been more than helpful in many ways. It has taken some time for our remodel/build but they have been very patient with my progress. I appreciate all that has been done with and for me. Marianne Romero

  Our son is remodeling his first home. We got several quotes. Brian was exceptionally patient and understanding. We went through several revisions and have finally settled on and ordered his cabinets. Can't wait to receive them and get them installed.

  Landon is absolutely the best. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and had to redo it all. We were pretty overwhelmed and he helped us figure it out and come in under budget.

  We visited cabinets to go in August place to the order that day paid in full for cabinets and countertops. When the order came in, we were not instructed to contact the installer a for installation appointment which delayed us two weeks due to misinformation from the designer. Once the cabinets were installed, one of the lower cabinets was measured incorrectly and had to be re-ordered delaying the measurement of the countertop. The installer was kind enough to come on a Sunday to install the re-ordered cabinet. When we tried to schedule the countertop template measurement, the sink that we had ordered originally is nowhere to be found which we did also pay for on the day of the order therefore delaying the installation and measurement of the countertop. We were informed that the countertop template measurement could not be completed due to a $600 hold on our account due to the countertops being more expensive than we were told. We paid the $600 the countertops were measured with a template of the sink which was still not found. We called today to learn there is another $500 for the countertops owed which we were not told for a price difference we are going on a month without a working kitchen and broken promises from the Albuquerque store. This is beyond unacceptable.
