  D Angelo was so great today with my furnace not working. Unfortunately, it’s so outdated that it was deemed a total loss and he assisted in getting my insurance company all the information they needed so I could make a claim. I can’t wait for these guys to put in my new Furnace:) They always take care of my plumbing needs and Master Cooler needs 2x a year as well! Everyone has been so great with B Carlson for the 3 years I’ve been a customer of theirs!

  I called to get an eval my heater is not coming on at all with 15 min of my call I got a text say a technician is ready to go out. I replied ready. With 45 min of that response a technician was at my front door. The thermostats on the wall was not set the way it should have been ( he fixed it) then he went to check the heating unit it’s self. He explained the normal operation step by step of my unit. It was not staying on. He identified the issue fixed it. Before he left we set it to a certain temp he made sure it’s coming on and staying on as it should be. Keeping temp. Extremely satisfied and now a customer for life. On the Maintence service program the offer. Wow you all have made my day! I’m so impressed and everyone will know how fast and efficient and economically reasonable B Carson is. I’m just amazed so customer friendly helpful….. solved it. In less than a few hours. I will sleep tonight and be so cozy and warm. Thank you all so so much. C Ford!!

  I needed to have a water PRV installed underground on my water main near the city meter. I hired Carlson to do the work based on the fact that they responded immediately to my call, stating that they could have someone come by that same day to give me a bid. Kyle & Lafayette arrived that same morning and gave me a fair bid to do the work, and they started that same day. The job was intense and required much backbreaking digging but they never complained. They came back the next day to complete the job and I am very happy with their work. I found Kyle and Lafayette to be honest, hard working, skilled and very courteous and respectful. All traits that are not readily found much anymore. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and BCarlson Plumbing

  Had a leak under my bathroom sink that wouldn’t go away. They came out and fixed it, but it started leaking again a few hours later. I called, and they had no problem coming back. After the second attempt didn’t solve it, they sent someone out a third time who rebuilt the plumbing from scratch, and that fixed it for good. Yes, it took three visits, but they stood behind their work and made sure the job was done right. That kind of commitment is hard to find, and I appreciate it. I’d recommend them.

  I waited all day after I called the day before and specifically asked if they can do leak detection, and repair same day. I have an underground water leak that will probably be multiple thousand dollar repair. Rather than actually thinking about big picture they are nickel and diming the small pieces of the project. It made it very easy to just say no. I have done this before and have paid for all these services before. Only reason I am not using same companies is because their repair only lasted one year. At 3pm they show up and say they have to call someone else and it’s $800 for leak detection and they are not sure they can come, and they stop working at 5pm. If someone asks a question about your services you provide and you do not know - ask someone who does. My expectations were set high and I was very disappointed and it resulted in this review and me not ever wanting to use this company or suggest anyone else use this company.
