- PRP Rod5 days ago5.0Our air conditioning system stopped working on Friday evening. We called several repair companies and they were booked a week out. B Carlson got us in and fixed our system in a couple of days. The service technician was knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We joined their Value Care Club so we can catch potential problems and avoid future outages.
- JVJamie Verdin6 days ago3.0Have had great service for AC check and water heater replacement. Unfortunately a mix up with drainage call that left a bit of a sour taste. Editing a post I left in anger to reflect the good and not great. Santino, trey and Cheyenne were great 👍 just had an almost costly misdiagnosed drain issue. Management reached out and wanted to make it right, I appreciate the call and gesture.

He also performed maintenance on the unit to make sure all components of the AC unit were running good. I signed up for a “B Carlson care club membership”, that offers 3 visits per year for your heating, cooling, and plumbing at such a great deal!! Great customer service! Highly recommend B Carlson and Arliss for all your heating, cooling, and plumbing services!!

Not only did Dylan and Drake do a great job with our whole home repipe, they went above and beyond im various areas and were always respectful. I felt they were honest and transparent. I would not hesitate to entrust future plumbing needs with Dylan and Drake. Very grateful.

The service technician told me My pads were loose and to replace the Eight plastic washers was $250. The water was overflowing out of my unit. The real problem was the float. After me insisting, he checked it more and said, yes it’s the float. They wanted to charge me $504 for charging the float. Part cost ‘$69. I know their price was lower than that! I understand it’s company with overhead but, $500 ! Really!
