I waited over 24 hours for the first call-back and then was promised a follow-up call first thing the next morning. That was over two days ago. A polite follow up reminder from me made no difference--still no call back as promised. I give up and will call someone who shows some reliability and doesn't repeatedly and blatently lie to me.

The whole service was done in a most Professional manner. From the driver to the office staff, American Pumping Service will get the job done. I can't Thank You enough! 5 star+ rating. We will definitely be using this company for our next pumping, and recommend them to anyone who needs this service!
