  Could not have asked for a better experience with more competent individuals. From Travis Coleman’s assessment and quotes to Kameron Glover and Adam Markiewicz’s installation, they were excellent during the entire process. They are extremely efficient and were able to complete our new furnace replacement and our new water heater installation in two days. Their work is well done and they cleaned up afterwards to where there was absolutely no mess. I will be asking for these individuals for any of our future needs.

  James McCants gave me an estimate for replacing my old water heater and he went over all of the different options and estimated costs with me. Dominic Blea came out to do the install same day, just a few hours later. Dominic did an awesome job, very clean and neat with the install. Awesome customers service and excellent work. Thanks to James and Dominic for a great job!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a sewer line issue that turned out to be a cleanout cap stuck in the line causing repeated clogs. From the first visit, the technician Isaac was honest, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just doing a quick temporary fix. He came back, removed the obstruction, and rebuilt both cleanouts correctly so this won’t happen again. Everything is now working perfectly. What really stood out was Isaac’s professionalism and fairness — he treated this as a callback, worked with me on pricing, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but Isaac absolutely delivered. I will be requesting him directly for any future work and highly recommend this company.

  Who leaves your landscaping a complete disaster and nothing like it was previously? Albuquerque Plumbing, heating and cooling does!!! It should be obvious to include putting back the landscaping EXACTLY the way it was, as part of the estimated cost. This sucks, especially as a homeowner, this mess decreases the value of my property. Thanks for doing the plumbing well, even though it was probably a pretty penny 😂. It’s just difficult to be happy with the job when it was left so completely jacked!!!

  What a great experience with service and company! Was helping my elderly mother by changing the flushing components for one of her toilets. Was testing the handle when we noticed all of the drains backing up. So I called Abq Plumbing and Heating to see what could be done and how soon. The dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful to talk to on the phone. She gave me the time a tech could be out at my mom's house. The tech showed up on time, and was so polite to my mom. The tech, Juan, was so helpful! He was efficient, knowledgeable and completed the work in about 30 minutes. He did not try to hard sell us or upsell us on any other services. I was paying for a min of 1 hour of work, and instead of Juan just packing up and leaving, he offered to look at anything else we might have needed as well. I am very protective of my mom, and that is why I am almost always there when she has workers around so that she does not get taken advantage of. I would 100% feel comfortable with Juan or any ABQ Plumbing Techs/Employee's to come back and service my mom's home without me being there. I probably could have done the work myself, BUT NOT in 30 minutes and I could NOT guarantee it was done correctly HA! I usually never leave reviews, but for this locally owned and operated company, they deserved the shoutout and recommendation. I would highly recommend the tech and company to anyone again. 10/10
