  Erik did an outstanding job explaining in detail the damage to my garage and the repairs needed to get it working again. He took the time to clearly break down the pricing and made sure I understood everything. What really stood out was how he treated me like family rather than just another customer. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products. Highly recommend his service!

  Today for the third time another technician arrived at my home. The first thing he showed me was a catalog of doors. I JUST WANT MY DOOR TO OPERATE AS IT DID PRIOR TO THE 1ST VISIT 3 MONTHS AGO!. The 1st tech, Aaron, manipulated it to the point it only operated only for a short time in order to sell me a new door. Although it was approximately 20 years old, I NEVER had any issues opening or closing it. The door needed a new window, it was unattractive. I never asked for anything but a quote! Aaron was here doing what for literally hours. WHAT WAS HE DOING? The minute he left the door did Not close completely. Then it just stopped working altogether. Now they want to sell me a motor and a door. I am very distressed with their service and inability to make it right. PLEASE BE VIGILANT WHEN USING THIS COMPANY. You might not get what you asked for or might get much more than you asked for in a bad way!

  Where do I even begin? Having our garage door fail at 6:00 PM on Easter could not have come at a worse time. Thankfully, Brandon came to the rescue. Despite it being a holiday and after hours, he showed up promptly and handled everything with professionalism and care. Brandon was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly kind and understanding of the situation—especially considering he was giving up time he could have spent with his family. He quickly got our garage door open and walked us through the necessary repairs to get everything back in working order. I truly appreciate his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. If you ever need garage door service, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. You’ll be in great hands

  Marcus McCoy was my technician. He was knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything he was going to do. He was very professional and immediately had a solution for the problem. He also did an inspection and noted a problem that could occur in the future. He offered an opportunity to fix it now but there was no pressure from him when I said I would have it done in the future. This was a great experience from my initial contact for an appointment to the finishing of the repair. Highly recommend this company for any garage door repair. 5 Stars all the way. ❤️

  This was my first experience with A1. I requested a garage door “tune-up”, I saw a special online and thought this would be a good time to have some things managed and inspected. Unfortunately, my technician was extremely pushy and a little on the aggressive side with the sales tactics after the diagnostics were completed. I understand the concept of making a sale, which I seriously always consider, but several times throughout the conversation I had to explain that their overhead was extremely above market value for materials and labor (spring replacement and roller replacements) and that I couldn’t afford their recommendations at that time (simple Google search will show the cost of the materials). I didn’t understand why I was having to “negotiate” a sales price, huge red flag. He continuously kept making assumptions that I didn’t know what I was talking about and tried to instill a sense of fear regarding my garage door malfunctioning and flying off its track. I’m not used to dealing with having to explain my finances with someone stepping into my home to provide a service. It was really unprofessional and not sure I trust this company to treat its customers fairly or with respect.
