  The man was nice but he didn’t do anything, he checked to see if the insulation was We and that was it. He didn’t perform any other checks. He didn’t check to see if it needed to be cleaned due to settlement. The visit wasn’t with the cost.

  Just had my install done yesterday for new hvac system wit sps...what a great experience..from Mac the salesman that first showed up when I called for estimate..very knowledgeable and no pressure to get anything. to the girls in the office who deal with paperwork..tearsa and Lisa..to the installers Aron.christian and Brian..those guys were like surgeons..no bs just concentrating on the job and getting it done right..those 3 new there stuff..they make it look easy that's how good they were..very respectful and neat..they had every tool and equipment imaginable..just went right to work when they got here til they finished..install came out great.pro job..felt like family in my house with those 3..so wit that said I got. Nice new heat and ice cold air for the summer coming up..thanks sps for great job Ron

  We had a wonderful experience with technicians Frank Breen and Joseph Pollistina regarding repairs done to our heatpump on Thursday April 2. They arrived on time and quickly made the necessary repairs and fixed them inefficiently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date with progress. I felt like I was in good hands and was grateful for the system up and running again.

  Technician was great and came out same day but the price was outrageous. Couldn't get a quote over the phone to snake my clogged kitchen sink but i thought it might be $250 -$300. Guy showed up, looked at my sink then went outside to write up a quote that was $480.00. 5 minutes and 20 feet of snake later problem solved. Call a company that offers a $99 drain cleaning, rent one, or buy your own power snake for $100 more than what I paid.

  Joseph Polistina was a thorough, hardworking professional and I appreciate his work. He came out for a routine AC tune up, but since i was home, i had him check all my other appliances lol. He quoted me various options for a new hot water heater and walked me through how each option would benefit MY home. I am extremely appreciative and look forward to working with him in the future !
