I wasn’t in a huge rush but they still came out same day as a new customer service call and Troy handled everything quickly and professionally. He made the swap, did plenty of tests through out (especially before he left), and was incredibly respectful of our home. No upselling, no salesmanship, just good work at a reasonable cost. Definitely calling them again whenever the next thing comes up.
