I had an exceptional experience with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical, and working with Tyleek Smith made all the difference. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully assess the situation and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.
What truly stood out to me was Tyleek’s level of care, patience, and attention to detail. He never rushed the process and made it clear that doing the job correctly and safely was his top priority. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure everything was working exactly as it should before leaving. He also treated my home with respect and left the workspace clean and organized, which I greatly appreciated.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, walked me through the solution step by step, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
What truly set Tyleek apart was his attention to detail, patience, and genuine care for doing the job the right way. He didn’t rush, he answered every question clearly, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. On top of that, he was respectful of my space and left the area clean and organized, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to come across a technician who combines technical skill with such a strong sense of professionalism and customer care. This experience was smooth, stress-free, and reassuring from start to finish. Harris clearly takes pride in their work, and Tyleek is a perfect representation of that standard. If I could select no stars, I would. The lengthy, in depth review of my horrible experience wouldn’t allow me to submit it so here’s the short of it. In trusting the jokers they sent, I ended up paying for services not fully rendered. I will be disputing the charges until a supervisor contacts me to make good on what I paid for. I may not be able to get my full honest review through google but rest assured that the social media platforms will not restrict me from sharing the horror that is this company and the cons they have working for them. It goes without saying that any future appointments I had with them have since been canceled & the remainder of my business will be going to a small business shop. Corporate greed has taken over & the days of customer service & honestly at any level is long gone. They have absolutely failed to deliver on their promise of service & value to which I say, for anyone looking to hire these scammers, do so at your own risk! Do the right thing Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air and Propane & make good on what I paid for.

This is the most overpriced company ever! My bathroom sink cold water line was leaking underneath the vanity. I called this morning and they said they would be out today, but didn't give a time. Showed up around 3:30pm. Was told $1800 for a new faucet, hot and cold water lines, a drain, and valves. Pasqual said he would be right back. Calls me back 2 hours later and says he had to go to Home Depot to get the parts, but got a flat tire. Arrived back at my house around 6pm. I asked how much did the parts cost because I was just looking this up on the Home Depot website and none of these parts are expensive. He said the parts cost $300. I then said well explain why my price is $1800 if parts are only $300? I asked how much is labor per hour? He said $300 an hour. I asked how long will this take? 1.5-2 hours he says. OK so 2hrs at $300 an hour plus $300 in parts and the $70 service call fee equals $970. Why is my price $1800??? That's for insurance on the work and our excellence. An extra $830 for excellence???? When I am done I take pictures with my tablet that go right to the state. The state isn't coming and looking under my sink and no permits are required for a faucet and 2 lines with new valves. He had no reasonable answer for why there was an extra $830 fee beyond labor and parts. This wasn't an emergency call. He said he would call his manager about the price. Went to his truck and came back 10 minutes later to say he can't do it any cheaper. I said how much without the new valves and drain? He said $1100. I said do that then. Took him 45 minutes and less than $300 in parts. So $1100 for a $100 faucet and two $10 lines and less than an hour of labor. Absolute rip off and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this price gouging company!!!

I had issues with a brand-new HVAC system only a few months after purchase, and what could have been a very frustrating experience turned into a powerful reminder of what true professionalism looks like—thanks to Stephen Marshall and the team at Harris Heating, Plumbing & Air-Conditioning.
Stephen called ahead, arrived exactly when he said he would, and immediately showed genuine care—not just for the system, but for me as a customer. He thoroughly assessed the unit, carefully took everything apart, and performed a detailed analysis. He double- and triple-checked his work, never rushed, and even said, “I’ll be here as long as I need to be to fix this.”
He worked straight through, treated my home with respect, checked in with me constantly, and made sure everything was done right. What impressed me most was his expertise and leadership—other technicians reached out to him for guidance while he was working, and he handled it all with focus and professionalism.
Stephen reset and restored the entire system and stayed extra time to ensure everything worked perfectly. He is a highly qualified, patient, and knowledgeable technician who truly represents the excellence Harris stands for. I’m extremely grateful for his work and highly recommend both Stephen Marshall and Harris Heating, Plumbing & Air-Conditioning.
