    My overall experience with Harris Plumbing was excellent. Giovanni is a wonderful, brilliant technician electric technician. He’s wonderful to work with he goes above and beyond. I wish I had a son like him. This is the type of person that I would love to do business with and he represents a company that has a good reputation Giovanni went over all the instructions on how the electrical lights that I needed to be put up an order he told me how it needed to be done and what the cost would be and I understood everything that he stated to me even though I’m going to you know wait a little bit before getting the work done. I wanted to say that he made my day and he’s a wonderful gentlemen God bless all of you guys at Harris plumbing and I’m sure like you told him you ought to be proud to have a person like Giovanni working for you. He’s an excellent amazing I definitely would recommend a Harris plumbing for my electrician work and plumbing work. They have met a new customer for Life. I look forward to working with you guys and the future..

    To be honest, my direct experiences with their crew members when they come for an inspection or repair has always been great. When they show that is. They’re great on pricing too in my opinion. But they have issues trying to schedule people to come out. I recently experienced a FOURTH scheduling conflict between two different jobs with these guys. We’re a part of their VIP membership program. You’re supposed to get priority scheduling as a benefit with that. All 4 instances happened while under that membership. Listen, I get things happen and emergencies come up, but this is becoming a pattern. Either don’t offer “priority scheduling” or have a team devoted to it. People have schedules they have to stick to. Shouldn’t be this hard to make sure people aren’t getting inconvenienced this often.

    Normally I don't leave these reviews, but Mehmet was a professional all the way through the experience. My parents are elderly and once upon a time would be able to handle this, if not put in the instillation themselves. The job Mehmet did was prompt, despite a massive snowfall. He fetched parts and had to travel back and forth to ensure the job was done properly. He explained everything thoroughly and was courteous with me over the phone since I live out of state. He was patient with my dad who is elderly and likes to exchange his opinion on things. Please use this company if you're in South Jersey and ask for Mehmet by name if you can. I hope Harris PHA&E is compensating him well and realize the hard worker that he is.

    I believe in giving credit where credit is due! From the moment Mr. King introduced himself to me, I immediately felt I was in the presence of a Professional Service Man that was not only Courteous & Polite, but also was genuinely interested in understanding my issues & concerns regarding my Oil Burners! He asked me to show him both of my oil burners in order for him to get a clear picture of what he would be dealing with And so he could bring in ALL the necessary & proper tools that he may be needing! As he began the process of servicing my unit, he went out of his way to EXPLAIN & IDENTIFY what & why he was doing as he went along! Very educational to me and it gave me a strong feeling of confidence that he really knew what he was doing! It only took a few minutes for me to see that he is a Professional & has complete knowledge of the job he was performing! I consider Mr. King to be a great asset to HARRIS & Co. & I give him a 5 STAR RATING! A perfect example of HOW a Pro service Tech should Represent himself & his Employer! Meeting Mr. King was a wonderful experience! Thanks!!

    This company is completely unprofessional and their treatment of customer’s time is unacceptable. They do not train their employees well and each person is a ‘yes’ man to get you off the phone rather than solve the problem. I made an appointment on Tuesday 2/10/26 for 2/14/26 to get a leaky facet looked at. They assured me that they could be out between 8-12. I agreed. The day of no one has shown up by 11:40 so I called to check the status. The women I spoke to (named Jess) said they never guarantee times over the weekend and it will be sometime today even though the person I spoke to on Tuesday assured me of the time frame. After a lot of back and forth she said, after the technician is done at his job he will come over. While I was in the shower, they called to say that unless they get confirmation back that I am home in next 10 minutes they will need to cancel the appointment. I called them back as soon as I got the message, but it was too late, they had already given my spot away. Keep in mind this is 45 minutes after the time they promised me. I followed up with another call to dispatch and spoke to Devin. He told me the best they could do is come in about another hour. It is truly ridiculous that their service team is so poorly trained I will never use this company again and encourage others who value their time to not use them either.
