  Very pleased with the attention given us from Chris Trace the technician, who went over the issues in our attic and the details of our new roof to the project manager, Freddie Valeccio. They had a large crew that was able to replace our roof and put in the new gutters all in the same day.

  Sales rep George was great everything was done in a timely matter!Billy the project manager was great also communication was on point! Eric was amazing also! We would recommend this company they got it done in 1 day! Our front porch We have different plans for! Awesome experience

  Sales rep and owner Jim Rhubart was very quick with his responses and professional, able to accommodate my requests accordingly and within my budget. Project manager Billy communicated with me throughout the entire process and was accurate with what he said. Also Eric was very communicative thru the entire process! Overall team was very quick and efficient, excellent work. We would recommend the company!

  We had a young lady come out and give us an estimate for a 900 square foot roof replacement. Boiled down to $125 a month with their finance company. Shortly after the work was completed, we have to sign a contract stating it is $225 a month?! Classic bait and switch. A $20k small roof now will cost us $40k over 20 years. When reaching out to the company they said she's young and made a mistake. Told us to pay for a few months and they would drop the percentage rate to help with the cost. Ghosted.... I was in a position with my insurance company that had me pressured to get a roof quickly. Buyer beware.

  ***UPDATED*** After an incredibly horrible experience with Jim Rhubart Roofing (a part of Munz Roofing) - they truly did what was expected and turned an incredibly HORRIBLE experience into something that allowed me to have a restore of faith in humanity. Billy was an amazing PM who kept in touch with me all the steps of the way through the correction of this issue. I am so glad they fixed this - as the soffits were just a tip of the iceberg as they removed new layers of my 2 year old roof to mold covered wood sheets. I was baffled by the amount of mold that grew in 2 years and so happy that this was managed and fixed. Billy and his team was nice, respectful and did not try to break up with me through text message like the past PM I had dealt with. Good Job for fixing this situation. I have used Jim not once but twice and had a great experience. However the 3rd time was far from a CHARM! I work from home and rescheduled my entire work day to be available for a smaller project they were doing to fix a mold issue that was not fixed with a new lower roof as Jim had expected. The morning of the job I got a voice note at 7:46am saying they they were canceling being the supplier never ordered the necessary soffits. To me this blew my mind that no one would work with the supplier on a Friday to make sure they were ready to go on a Monday morning ... but again just what i would have assumed. So now - my job got pushed back from Feb 12th and rescheduled for Feb 23rd. Obviously the job needed to be cancelled cause of the weather which i understand - but I am now at 3+ weeks since signing the quote - and told it was not their fault the supplier did not order the soffits. I was thus told my rescheduled date would be March 6th. Now at this point I expressed my aggravation and asked what is being done to help me out - being this project should have been completed and is just getting pushed an pushed at no fault of my own. I was told I was not being charged full price - but was never given any details and the PM kept calling me but I was working and had a hard time getting to talk on the phone. As a result all I got was a text that stated - "Good morning Brian, I do not think we are a good match and I am cancelling the job." I am baffled that my business was treated like a dating app - telling me I am not a good match and pretty much saying - take your business elsewhere. How is this good practice? I am truly amazed how a local business would treat its repeat business this way. I will make sure to NEVER recommend Jim Rhubart Roofing after this. Not a hpone call from Jim - Not an email from Jim .... just a text message from a PM - literally breaking up with me.
