Roof installation was 11/13/25 Billy, the foreman was professional and very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, there was damage done during installation that was accidental. Aiden in the office and I had come to a verbal agreement on how the damage was to be handled. I did my part that we agreed on however I was disappointed after several emails and phone calls went unreturned on their end. It’s now been several weeks and still no return call.

From explaining what was going into the project, available pricing, financing, to the installation, and following up has been so far superb. I am very satisfied with the finished project. I only needed a few more pieces of plywood for unexpected water damage. They were like a well-oiled machine from beginning to end. The job was completed in 1 day and the crew were efficient, organized and clearly know what they are doing. Freddie, the project manager, was a great communicator. The guys cleaned up as if they were never even there that day. I love my new roof! Lavern followed up post install to make sure there weren’t any questions or issues. This is a great company. I am happy I chose them.

Each of them afforded me individualized attention, following through with all details I requested. The workmen were on time, polite, hard-working and efficient. The roof was replaced with a high-quality seven-step process with long-term guarantees. Clean-up was complete. This is a somewhat pricey but highly reputable service - you get what you pay for: (They did give me a nice cost reduction for paying out-of-pocket =) I cannot recommend these roofers more highly. Many thanks to all.
