They answered all our questions and even let us take samples home, which made a huge difference in choosing the right floor. Communication throughout the project was excellent — everything was clear, timely, and there were no surprises. The install team was professional and efficient, and when they realized our subfloor was in good shape, Hoffman adjusted the scope and reduced the cost. Amazing! After our kitchen was installed, they returned to complete the baseboard trim and step risers, and when the protective paper that had covered the floor was finally removed, seeing the finished floor with our new cabinets and appliances in place was a glorious experience 🤩 I highly recommend Hoffman Floor & Home if you’re looking for skilled, trustworthy flooring professionals.
