He recommended the treatment I needed to rectify the problem. He gave me 3 prices, I choose the jetter service. I waited couple of weeks before writing this review. Everything is running great. I also bought the zoom degreaser to maintain the system. The next day a tech named Orville delivered it. I would highly recommend.

Please, if you’re reading this because you’re thinking of using Zoom Drain, get multiple quotes, ask questions, and don’t assume they have your best interests in mind. I wish I had. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had, and I hope others don’t go through the same thing.
