I had the Kozy Heat Bayport 36 direct vent gas fireplace installed, and they handled everything — including the venting and setup — flawlessly. The install was clean, quick, and very professional. My fireplace came out BEAUTIFUL. It completely changed the whole room and it’s now my favorite spot in the house — super cozy and exactly what I wanted. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers, which is hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
