They took our vague ideas and general requirements, created a preliminary plan, and guided us from concept to completion. We were given each vendor's estimates and detailed contract to review; this allowed us to identify and correct a few minor discrepancies before signing. // We were impressed with the attention to detail, the staff's ability to find that perfect tile, faucet and so much more, and the execution of the project. The project manager did an excellent job of informing us in advance about each day's plans, kept the mess to a minimum, and was responsive to our questions. // We heard so many horror stories about contractors who ghosted during projects, who failed to show up - sometimes not even contacting the clients!, who substituted lesser quality products. Under Construction did not do any of these things. It was truly a pleasure to work with this company.
