  Positive experience from meeting with sales rep, talking with office personnel to installation team. They were professional, stayed the entire day to complete the job and cleaned up everything. It was expensive to replace the entire HVAC system but it was worth the investment and they use Carrier products which have high ratings. There are financing options available with 0% interest that help to alleviate the out of pocket cost. I would highly recommend Bovio-Robino for your HVAC needs.

  I scheduled a service visit with Bovio Rubino due to an odor coming from our HVAC unit. Before the appointment, I was told the service call would be around $70, and that diagnostic/time on site would be additional — but no clear expectations or cost range were provided. During the visit, the technician spent over an hour going back and forth to the attic and ultimately stated he could not smell anything. When I expressed concern about the odor bothering our household, he commented that because of the cleanliness of my home, he couldn’t detect the smell. While that may sound complimentary, it felt dismissive and discouraging given that I had requested service for a legitimate concern. I was advised to consider purchasing an air purification system costing around $1,000, but no diagnosis or resolution was provided. I was then presented with a bill close to $400 for the visit. I paid it, but immediately contacted the office afterward because I was frustrated by the lack of transparency and outcome. I was told the charge was normal based on time on site and that someone would call me back Monday morning. No one followed up. A week later, I called again and spoke with a helpful representative who escalated the issue. A supervisor eventually returned my call and indicated they would need to speak with someone else before discussing any adjustment, mentioning that perhaps a $50 online coupon might be applied. As someone who comes from a family in HVAC, plumbing, and heating — and as a customer simply seeking clarity and resolution — this entire experience was extremely disappointing. Between the unclear pricing expectations, lack of diagnosis, dismissive communication, and delayed follow-up, I cannot confidently recommend this company or consider using them again in the future.

  I have been using Bovio for over 30 years and they never disappoint. I came home to no heat later in the night. I called the 24 hour emergency line and was set up for service the very next day from 8-10am. Josh arrived early in that window and was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything. The part originally was going to take two days but they searched and found it and installed it that afternoon. I was back to having heat that day. So happy because the temps were in the 30’s! I highly recommend!! Thank you Bovio!

  We had an outstanding experience with Bovio-Rubino and cannot recommend them enough. Their service was truly white-glove from start to finish. Within 24 hours of reaching out, a technician came out, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and explained that a full furnace replacement was needed. Remarkably, the very next day the new furnace was installed—professionally, efficiently, and right on schedule. The entire process was seamless, well-communicated, and handled with the highest level of expertise. Bovio-Rubino sets the standard for timely, reliable, and exceptional HVAC service. Anthony was our tech, Brian our sales rep, and then hunter and Zach were our installation crew, had such an easy experience with each and every one of them.

  BR has done work previously for us so it was an easy decision for us to call them back for additional work. This time they reworked existing plumbing in our master bathroom renovation. Sam K. was great to work with – she was knowledgeable easy to coordinate with, open to questions and suggestions, and very accommodating to our needs. Her work was exceptional and she delivered what were we hoping for in a plumbing solution. Would recommend her and BR to any family member. Update: The initial work wasn’t quite right and needed adjustments. BR was receptive to feedback and dispatched service to remedy the correction. We appreciate their willingness to listen to customer feedback and work towards a corrective solution. At the end of the day, we are all looking for partnerships and they showed their’s!
