  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Chris is hands down one of the best plumbing technicians I’ve ever worked with. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the issue—he took the time to explain everything, made sure the work was done the right way, and even checked on things that weren’t part of the original job just to make sure everything was running perfectly. You can tell Chris takes pride in his work. Clean, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated these days. If you get Chris for your service call, you’re in great hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Truly a 10/10 experience.

  Sam and Dominica were wonderful! Took care of the repair I called about and replaced my back hose bib as well. Always use Bovio Rubino for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. Sam has done work here before so I was happy to see her back! Dominica was apprenticing and she did great work too! Wishing her much succcess as she begins her career. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!

  We recently had a heater, air conditioner, and hot water heater installed by Bovio Rubino, and overall it was a really positive experience worth sharing. Thomas and his crew were communicative and professional throughout the install. We have a baby and two dogs aka a very busy household, and they navigated it without any issues — which honestly made a big difference. Before leaving, they walked me through how everything works and made sure the place was clean and tidy on their way out. What stood out just as much as the install itself was how smooth the whole process felt from start to finish. From booking, to the salesperson coming out to explain the system, to scheduling — everything was handled in a way that made us feel like we were in good hands. There were a few questions and clarifications that came up along the way with the new system, and the team handled them without making us feel like a burden. One thing I especially appreciated: after everyone had packed up and left, we ran into a small issue and someone came right back out to help us — I really appreciated their quick response. Would definitely recommend Bovio Rubino for this type of work. They did a wonderful job and were genuinely helpful every step of the way.
