We did, however, end up having a bad condenser unit. Once this was discovered, ACE's owner stayed on top of it with us and did right by it. It's all about the service AFTER the sale that really matters. We plan to use them for our annual maintenance as well.

The office personnel were both friendly and professional--they sent someone out within 3 hours. Chance identified our problem and what needed to be done and heat was restored the same day. He very patiently answered my many questions and pretty much gave me a Heating 101 tutorial without making me feel stupid. I would definitely recommend this company.

He was again prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He addressed the issue that arose today efficiently, explaining everything that was done clearly and thoroughly. Price charged for the services was more than reasonable. Very appreciative for the services provided by Aces Mechanical.
