  Writing this review on behalf of Designer Muna Irsheid at the Union, NJ showroom. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, Muna was attentive, courteous and overall a delight to work with. We went through several interations of our design until my wife and I reached the perfect render. Muna provided great insights and design choices and was super patient throughout the process. We never felt pressured or got the feeling we were being upsold at any point. We did have some challenges through the construction process, but Muna remained our constant point of contact, often being the only person that would respond, even on her days off. She was a great advocate for us and made things right even when Wren customer service personnel was non-existent. A major flaw this company needs to work on. My thanks to Muna for her amazing support and kindness. Definitely the designer you want on your project. Hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves for a job well done. 👏

  Wren Kitchens, Union NJ Jocelyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, calm, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. She truly listened and helped bring my dream kitchen to life even beyond what I originally envisioned. If you’re visiting Wren Kitchens in Union, ask for Jocelyn.

  We were so fortunate to get paired up with Jocelyn. She made our kitchen renovation experience truly wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer every question and guide us through all the details. Jocelyn went above and beyond for us. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and exciting, and we’re so grateful for her support and expertise. I highly recommend working with her if you’re planning a new kitchen.

  We had an exceptional experience with Wren Kitchens in Union, NJ and working with Muna made all the difference. From the start, Muna brought a level of experience, design knowledge and professionalism that immediately gave us confidence. She has a real eye for interior and kitchen design, and she made the entire process feel polished, thoughtful and genuinely enjoyable. What could have felt overwhelming ended up feeling exciting and easy. The finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The quality is evident, the design feels elevated and the end result truly exceeded our expectations. It has the look and feel of a luxury kitchen, and we’re incredibly pleased with how everything came together. One of the things that really stood out to us was Wren’s use of technology. The virtual reality experience was impressive and incredibly helpful, and the showroom itself is beautifully done. It allowed us to truly visualize the space and feel confident in the decisions we were making. That level of innovation and presentation really sets them apart. This was one of the best showroom and design experiences we’ve had. Wren made the process feel seamless, inspiring and high-end from beginning to end. We’re so happy with our new kitchen and very grateful to Muna for bringing the vision to life. Highly recommend Wren Kitchens in Union, and especially Muna.

  To anyone thinking of buying cabinets from this chain. Please dont. The quality is so bad cheap material worst than ikea furniture. Customer service, delivery people all of it are the worst. I spent $10000 to renovated my kitchen waited over a month! To get the cabinets finally when they arrived, the delivery people didnt even want to get off the truck claim theres no parking ( we had a snow storm 3 days ago ) my driveway was completely clear if my wife didnt beg them to deliver they would leave. Cabinets arrived not wrap bunch of missing pieces and damaged. Customer service are the worst ive seen they wanted to delivered my new pieces in 3 weeks ! I needed them right away to get the kitchen done after getting mad they told me ok week and half will delivered. I got em yesterday and again missing trim pieces and all. Do not even consider buying from this chain. Is a complete rip off.
