We’ve been looking to renovate our kitchen and were psyched when it finally opened. Marteese was the first to greet us and stuck with us for the entirety of the kitchen renovation journey. He was patient, supportive, attentive, personable and candid as we went through multiple styles, designs & tried to figure out where to place our stupid fridge! Frequently Asked Questions About Wren Kitchens
Do you offer an installation service?
At Wren Kitchens, you can choose installation from our installation service partner, or we'll supply your kitchen to install yourself. Either way, you'll have all the documentation you need.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks. If you have opted to use our installation service partner this lead time will be subject to your installer availability. A number of our kitchen ranges also have an expedited 7 day delivery service available, to find out more, please discuss directly with your designer.
After you have confirmed when you would like to receive your new kitchen, our Customer Support team will contact you seven days before your delivery to confirm the day we are in your area and provide a delivery time slot.
Do you offer a free design service?
Yes, we offer a completely free service to design your kitchen. You will have a personal meeting with one of our designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. It couldn't be easier.
Do you offer a home measurement service?
Yes, one of our specialist measure techs will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.
The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
We're proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our cabinets, which means that for as long as you own the home with your Wren kitchen in it, it's under warranty. Our warranty begins on the day we deliver your kitchen to you and ends on the day that you move out.
Do Wren Kitchens provide samples?
Here at Wren, you will see that we have an extensive range of colours, finishes and styles to suit everyone. If you would like to purchase a sample this can be done through your local showroom. Use our Wren Kitchens showroom finder to find a showroom near you.
What is and isn't included in Wren installation?
The installation service includes the installation of cabinets and countertops only. Wren will install any appliances purchased from Wren into the correct aperture or opening, but this does not include connections. This work must be carried out by a fully licensed and competent person.
The installation quote does not cover any building works including flooring, plastering, tiling, or any other electrical or gas works. The installer may be able to complete this work in which you would need to discuss this directly, please be aware Wren would not be liable for such works.
What are additional works?
Additional works are agreed between you and your installer, this would include gas hob connection, water connection and any electrical work that may be required within your kitchen.
Does the installation service include additional works?
The installation service does not include any additional works, however, your contractor may be able to quote you for any additional work privately. This would need to be discussed with your contractor directly.
What preparation do I need to do ahead of my installer arriving?
Your appointed installer would require there to be a clear working space, ensuring all cabinets are emptied prior to the kitchen removal and ensure any necessary additional works are carried out prior to your kitchen installation.
Can I track my FedEx delivery?
A tracking number will be provided on the day of your delivery and can be tracked on the FedEx website.
Who can accept my delivery?
Anyone over the age of 18 will be able to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Can I request a time slot for delivery?
All our deliveries are routed in the most efficient and economical way; therefore, we are unable to always confirm your preferred time slot. Our Customer Support Team will endeavour to provide a delivery time frame 2-3 days prior, and our team will also contact you on the day with an estimated time of arrival.
What is a solid surface countertop template?
If you have purchased Quartz, or Granite countertops a template appointment will be required. This is the process of measuring up for your solid surface. The template forms a plan for us to be able to produce the countertops that are completely bespoke to your kitchen.
How long does the template and installation appointment take?
Typically, a template appointment takes between 1–3 hours. This is dependent on the size and design of the kitchen. The installation will take between 2–3 hours, also dependant on the size and complexity of the kitchen design.
Can I make changes after my template appointment?
Once the template has been completed changes cannot be made. It is vital you are on site for your template so you can confirm any changes, this allows our team to begin production of your countertops as quickly as possible.
Can I have a sooner template appointment?
All template appointments are booked in advance to your kitchen delivery directly with the countertop supplier. Should your template date need amending we will always try to accommodate where possible dependent on availability.
What is the lead time between my template appointment and the installation of my countertops ?
Our Quartz and Granite countertops can take up to 14 working days from the date of your template until completion. After the template appointment, you will be provided with an installation date to allow you to keep up with the progress of your order.
What countertops do Wren Kitchens provide?
Our countertops come in a range of different materials, from laminate to luxury materials such as Granite and Quartz. Our Quartz countertops are perfect for every home, or our real wood Timber countertops are a great option for adding a unique charm to your kitchen.
When do I need to pay?
A 10% deposit is required when your order is placed. The remaining balance will be required 28 days before delivery of your kitchen. We also offer different ways to finance your kitchen remodel, visit our finance page for further details.

What type of payment methods do Wren accept?
We can accept the following card types, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by cash, check, or wire payments.
Do Wren Kitchens accept sales tax exemption forms?
Sales Tax exemption can be accepted for resale (customer who plan to sell-on the goods they purchase) or charitable reasons such as schools, churches and charity organizations. An acceptable sales tax exemption form must be provided.

What is my finance number for Wells Fargo?
Once your credit application is approved you will receive a Wren Credit Card (underwritten by Wells Fargo) in the mail within 7-10 days. This card will have your 16 digit account number which you will need when contacting Wells Fargo to discuss anything related to your kitchen financing. You will also be provided with your 16 digit account number at the time your application is approved. Please write this number down and keep it in a safe place for use until your credit card arrives.
Do you offer an installation service for the kitchens?
Yes, you can choose installation from our installation service partner, or we can supply your kitchen for self-installation with all necessary documentation.
How quickly can I expect my new kitchen to be delivered?
