  Counter staff member was too busy shoving popcorn into his face instead of being helpful. Didn’t know what a simple common hot surface igniter was. Waste of time. You try to give business to a local company but instead your time is wasted.

  I ordered multiple bathroom plumbing items back in mid December which included a tub, vanity, shower, etc. and I have yet to receive the items. The salesperson never ordered them and the new salesman never ordered them until we followed up with him several times. He continued to lie and say the items were ordered but he could not provide us with any proof or delivery information when asked repeatedly for the confirmation information. We found out again today that our order was messed up again. We’ve been without a master bathroom since January as our contractor has completed the demo and he’s ready to complete the bathroom install. My next step is to contact their corporate offices to see if they are interested in assisting us with our current nightmare.

  Find your plumbing supplies elsewhere. I went in looking for yellow MDPE gas pipe and anodeless risers for an outdoor fire pit project. All of my ducks are in order with the township inspector and an HVAC friend who has been helping me. I called ahead to find out if this place was a distributor or if it was open to the public. I was informed that they sell to the public. When I went in to the store a young stocky guy asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for yellow MDPE piping and risers to go with it. He said they're all in the back and he's get me what I want. When I told him I wasn't exactly sure based on the various risers that I have seen online so I wanted to actually see what they had to figure out whether or not it will fit what I have to do (need to feed the flex pipe through PVC conduit with a 90 degree turn right before it rises), he told me that I'd have to come back with a licensed plumber to get it. So I asked if he sold to the general public and he said, "No." I told him that the person who answered the phone had told me that they do. His reply, "Well I can't sell to somebody who doesn't know what he's doing. You might blow up your house and then that's on me." So this arrogant guy decided, because I wanted to see the actual risers for myself before I bought them, that I was clueless. It's the opposite of clueless. I know I have a 90 degree turn with a 3" radius that has to happen 21" down inside a 3" PVC conduit. I need to make sure the riser that I get will fit in there or be able to flex. Sorry for being meticulous about my project and materials. I'll find what I need online and pay more for shipping rather than go back to this place. And the best part? The admitted himself that he doesn't know anything about gas pipe installation. I can count on two fingers the number of bad reviews I've given since I got my first gmail account 13 years ago. Congratulations, Ferguson.
