The salesperson never ordered them and the new salesman never ordered them until we followed up with him several times. He continued to lie and say the items were ordered but he could not provide us with any proof or delivery information when asked repeatedly for the confirmation information. We found out again today that our order was messed up again. We’ve been without a master bathroom since January as our contractor has completed the demo and he’s ready to complete the bathroom install. My next step is to contact their corporate offices to see if they are interested in assisting us with our current nightmare.
- TITheophilus IJun 26, 20165.0Thank you Ferguson Supply. I very rarely will give a 5 star rating but after the service I got there yesterday you deserve it. Thursday I got done work early to take care of a leak in my water line at home. Wanting to be certain I got all the right parts I took the whole thing to my local supply house where I thought everything was good, it wasn't quite right though and since it was already 7:00 PM I knew I could not go back to exchange what I needed with the right parts. Friday however I was able to get to the store during the day and everything was taken care of until I got home and went to assemble it and broke something else. Since I was working as a driver on Saturday and would be near Ferguson I decided to try to get what I needed there rather than wait till Monday to have water in my house but when I arrived it was 5 minutes before closing and the employees were kind enough to stay till I got everything I needed. Thank you thank you thank you.
