- GCGlen CarletonSep 5, 20251.0I walked in at 3:55, patiently waited for the customer in front of me to finish up, stepped up to the counter, asked for a 1.5” S trap for a 2-bowl kitchen sink. He said they don’t carry them since S traps are no longer up to code. Then my phone alarm went off at 4:00 and he said “Oh, sorry, we’re closed now.” And wouldn’t get me what I needed. I’m a homeowner but have a rental property and have done a lot of heating and plumbing work, have spent $thousands here, have patronized these guys back when they were Aaron. Haven’t been in for several years, I recognized the guy on the counter, but he’s hasn’t waited on me much, probably didn’t recognize me. But, if they don’t want my business , I won’t bother to go back. FW Webb in Trenton was still open, got me what I needed, now I’ll go there instead even though less convenient.
