Not only will he lie about everything on the contract, but he will build your house the way HE wants it and tell you that you're wrong or incompetent at every turn. He will bill for everything imaginable and talk down to you. He threatens anyone who doesn't fall in line. Do yourself a favor, walk away from this one! The other negative reviews are honest. The positive reviews are friends and family. Trickery at it's finest with this man. Horrible contractor!

They replaced all of the windows in my home. Scheduling the work during a pandemic was no easy task, but Emil kept in communication with me throughout. The work was done efficiently, and workers were extremely courteous. This was especially important as I was working from home at the time. Any questions I had were addressed immediately and answered honestly. When I had a last-minute request, Emil and his employees accommodated it graciously. The windows were installed expertly, and they look beautiful! It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you, Mandalay Group!
